From Roster to Fundraiser

Buckeye Ball Cards is built to be simple on your end. Here's the full process, start to finish.

1

We partner with your school or organization

No upfront cost to get started. We'll walk through what the program looks like for your specific teams and timeline.

2

We collect player information and photos

We keep this as simple as possible for coaches and parents — names, numbers, positions, and a photo for each athlete. Every player's information is only collected with proper school authorization and parental consent (see our Privacy & Consent commitment on the About page).

3

Local businesses sponsor the program

We reach out to local businesses in your community who want visibility with local families. Their sponsorship helps make the program possible for your organization.

4

Cards are professionally designed

Every athlete gets a real, professionally designed trading card — front and back. This isn't a template with a photo dropped in; it's built to feel like a genuine collectible.

5

Cards are printed and packaged

Cards are printed to a real quality bar and packaged into sealed packs — because part of the fun is opening the pack, not just holding a stack of cards.

6

Your organization sells the packs

Packs are sold to families, students, alumni, and the community as a fundraiser. Your organization keeps a share of what's sold.

7

We handle reorders

Want more packs, a full team set, or a replacement card down the road? That's easy once the initial cards exist.

Built on Two Kinds of Support

Buckeye Ball Cards works because two groups make it possible at the same time:

  • Local sponsors provide the support that helps fund the program.
  • Families and collectors create the actual fundraiser revenue by buying packs.

And it all starts with the reason any of this matters: your athletes. A card only means something because a real kid, on a real team, in a real community, is on it.
