A Fundraiser Your Coaches and Boosters Will Actually Thank You For
Most fundraisers create work. Buckeye Ball Cards is designed to create excitement instead — for players, for families, and for your organization's bottom line.

Why This Works for Athletic Programs, Booster Clubs, and Schools
- It's genuinely exciting, not just another sale. Kids want their own trading card. Parents want to buy it. That's a very different starting point than most fundraiser products.
- We absorb the complexity. Data collection, card design, printing, and packaging are on us — not on your already-stretched coaches and volunteers.
- It brings your community together. Local businesses, families, alumni, and students all end up part of the same thing.
- It's low-risk to try. No large upfront commitment required to get started — we'll walk through what makes sense for your program size.
Who This Is a Good Fit For
- Youth sports organizations and recreational leagues
- Travel teams
- Middle schools and high schools
- Athletic departments and booster organizations
- Any local sports organization looking for a fundraiser that feels different from popcorn, wrapping paper, or generic spirit wear
What We Need from You
Kept intentionally simple:
- A point of contact (athletic director, booster lead, or coach)
- Roster information for the athletes participating (we'll provide a simple way to submit this)
- A photo for each athlete (we'll walk you through options)
- Authorization to use your school's name/mascot/colors on the cards
- Parental consent for each athlete's name and photo to be used — this is required before we produce anything
What You Get
- Professionally designed trading cards for every participating athlete
- Sealed packs ready to sell as a fundraiser
- A share of proceeds from every pack sold
- The support of local sponsors who help make the program possible
A Note on Doing This the Right Way
We built Buckeye Ball Cards around one non-negotiable principle: this should never feel like it's exploiting kids for a sale. That means real school authorization for names, mascots, and colors, and real parental consent before a single card is produced. If a parent doesn't want to participate, that's respected — no pressure, no exceptions. Read more on our About page.
